Le indicazioni delle università
Il nuovo regolamento entrerà in vigore nel 2019, ma la prima tornata del nuovo esame di stato potrà svolgersi solo nel luglio 2020. La Presidente della Conferenza Permanente dei Presidenti dei corsi di Laurea, in una lettera, chiede l'appoggio di Presidi, Inter-collegio, Fnomceo e studenti per sollecitare a Mef, Salute e Miur anche un finanziamento ad hoc.
"Allo scopo di rispondere alle numerose richieste di chiarimento pervenute dagli studenti sul Decreto ‘Regolamento recante gli esami di Stato di abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di medico-chirurgo’ si ritiene necessario definire la tempistica di attuazione del Decreto stesso, in considerazione di quanto in esso previsto - sottolinea Stefania Basili, Presidente della Conferenza Permanente dei Presidenti dei Corsi di Laurea Magistrale in Medicina e Chirurgia (CLM), in una lettera inviata ai Presidenti CLM e ad Andrea Lenzi, Presidente dell’Inter-collegio di Area Medica - Il Decreto – scrive Basili – prevede che il tirocinio pratico-valutativo avrà una durata complessiva di tre mesi e dovrà essere espletato durante il corso di studio, non prima del quinto anno di corso ed a condizione che siano stati sostenuti positivamente tutti gli esami fondamentali relativi ai primi quattro anni di corso previsti dall’ordinamento della sede dell'Università; esso sarà organizzato secondo quanto stabilito dagli ordinamenti e dai regolamenti didattici di ciascuna sede. Di conseguenza, gli studenti iscritti nell’anno accademico 2018/19 al sesto anno dovranno necessariamente usufruire dei 2 anni di proroga previsti dalla norma transitoria”.
