«Non fermiamoci»
La legge sulla responsabilità professionale in sanità deve terminare il suo iter in tempi brevi, con una rapida approvazione del Ddl Risk, ormai a un passo dal traguardo dopo un lungo lavoro di elaborazione. A chiederlo è la Fnomceo, Federazione nazionale degli ordini dei medici chirurghi e degli odontoiatri, che invita a non interrompere il percorso del Ddl sulla «Responsabilità professionale degli esercenti le professioni sanitarie», attualmente all'esame dell'Assemblea del Senato.
Il Consiglio nazionale della Fnomceo, riunito in queste ore a Roma, ha infatti dato mandato al Comitato Centrale di mettere in atto ogni possibile iniziativa volta a una rapida approvazione. «Il testo del Ddl, frutto di un lungo lavoro condiviso da Camera e Senato, rappresenta un punto di sintesi tra il diritto dei cittadini ad essere tutelati e quello dei medici a curare con serenità - afferma la Fnomceo -. Il nostro auspicio è che si riesca finalmente ad avere questa Legge attesa da decenni, che restituirà serenità ai nostri professionisti, rinsaldando così la relazione terapeutica e garantendo il diritto a cure sicure ed efficaci, oltre che quello a un giusto risarcimento».
