Un medico “non può essere ritenuto colpevole di omicidio colposo in una vaccinazione ritenuta facoltativa”. Così Silvestro Scotti.
Scotti spiega di essere d’accordo con la proposta formulata ieri dal presidente della Fnomceo, Filippo Anelli, sulla creazione di uno ‘scudo penale', che deve proteggere - dice Scotti - tutti gli operatori sanitari coinvolti rispetto a questa evenienza, "poiché ci ritroviamo di fronte a vaccini nuovi che sono sicuri se dovesse succedere qualcosa la colpa non può essere del medico”.
Per il segretario della Fimmg, l’indagine “crea reticenza e fuga dalla vaccinazione”. Non solo tra i medici di famiglia "che per ora hanno ancora una ruolo marginale nella campagna, tranne in alcune regioni in cui le dosi permettono il loro coinvolgimento massiccio", ma tra tutti i medici.
